Job summary

Seetec Group is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise Employment Specialists, maintain IPS Fidelity standards, and manage a small caseload supporting individuals with health needs in Peterborough.

You will drive performance, coach a team, and collaborate with health partners to embed employment support in recovery journeys. The role offers progression and development opportunities within a values-driven, employee-owned organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership/management experience.
• Good working knowledge of the local labour market.
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Fully IT literate with MS Office 365 and digital tools.
• Experience delivering services meeting contractual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets (KPIs).
• Lead, inspire, motivate and coach team members to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with managers to support customer progression and outcomes.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Manage regular team huddles, reviews and caseload checks.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with standards.
