Intuitive Thinking Skills in Leicestershire & Rutland is recruiting a permanent Lead to develop an IPS team supporting people in drug and alcohol treatment to achieve meaningful, sustainable paid employment. The post holder will oversee a small team and drive the IPS model within the local service.

You will work with local employers, clinicians and colleges to secure suitable employment opportunities, while providing supervision to Employment Specialists and ensuring fidelity to IPS standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and employment professional supervision to Employment Specialists within the team.
• Mentor staff to develop practice and increase outcomes.
• Liaise with OHID IPS Manager and service managers on IPS implementation and fidelity.
• Collaborate with clients, keyworkers and clinical staff to support return to work.
• Lead local employer engagement to secure work experience and paid employment opportunities.
