Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to supervise Employment Specialists, coach the team, and manage a small caseload. You’ll ensure delivery meets IPS Fidelity standards while supporting individuals with health needs on their journey to employment.

You’ll drive performance, work with health professionals and partners, and benefit from development opportunities, including a Level 2 Employment Apprenticeship and progression to higher programmes.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience with coaching and mentoring.
• Good working knowledge of the local labour market in the advertised area.
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Fully IT literate including Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets (KPIs).
• Lead, inspire, coach and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with managers and support functions to progress customers.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Undertake regular team meetings, 1:1 reviews, and caseload reviews.
