Job summary

BCP Council is recruiting an Employment Specialist Supervisor for the Drug and Alcohol IPS Service across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. You will lead the IPS Employment Specialist Team, supervise staff, and maintain data in line with Fidelity standards.

You will also deliver a small personal caseload, guiding participants toward sustainable employment and coordinating with employers and internal quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in drug and alcohol/health and social care settings.
• Caseload management and delivering person-centred support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Employment Specialists and manage a caseload.
• Coordinate workflow and provide guidance and coaching to staff.
• Engage with local employers to create job opportunities and support participants.
