Job summary

You will work closely with clients in community settings, develop personalised career plans, and collaborate with clinical teams and local services to promote positive outcomes.

The role focuses on high-quality case management, reporting, and flexible support to enable successful job outcomes for clients with mental health difficulties.

Qualifications

• Experience in IPS or similar recovery-focused models.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with severe mental health difficulties into paid employment through the IPS model.
• Meet clients in community settings to develop personalised plans.
• Assist with CVs, interview techniques, job searching and career development.
• Provide welfare guidance and disclosure advice in the workplace.
• Engage with local employers to identify opportunities and match clients to roles.
• Deliver ongoing in-work support and maintain accurate case notes and reports.
• Manage calendars, time-tracking, and data in IPS Fidelity and RiO systems.
• Attend supervision and multidisciplinary meetings to discuss progress.
