Job summary

Triage is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with health conditions and disabilities into meaningful paid work, using the evidence-based IPS model. You will manage a caseload up to 25, engage with local employers, and deliver person-centred, community-based support across North East England; base in Bishop Auckland with flexible locations.

This role requires dedication to social inclusion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across partners to help

Responsibilities

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Build trusting, supportive relationships with participants, referral sources and employers.
• Person Centred Approach: Provide tailored 1:2:1 support based on participant needs and IPS principles.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with employers, educate on reasonable adjustments and secure opportunities.
• Time & Caseload Management: Manage caseload up to 25; maintain records and maximise face-to-face time.
