Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Employment Advisor to connect to work in Wirral. The role supports individuals with health conditions to achieve sustainable employment through an IPS approach, with caseload management, coaching, and employer engagement.

You will build relationships with participants, health professionals, and employers, provide person-centred support, help with job search, CV, applications, and in-work support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to coach, motivate and build trusting relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with effective caseload management.
• Ability to identify opportunities and match candidates to vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred employment support to a caseload of participants.
• Develop personalised action plans and provide one-to-one support throughout the journey.
• Engage with employers to develop sustainable employment opportunities.
• Support job-search activities including CVs, applications, and interview prep.
• Provide in-work support and help participants sustain employment.
• Maintain accurate records and progress for performance targets.
• Collaborate with health professionals, community partners, and service providers.
