Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Employment Specialist in Mansfield (Community-Based) to support individuals with health conditions and barriers to employment. You will use IPS to help people overcome workplace challenges, build confidence and progress in their careers, working closely with employers to create sustainable outcomes.

You will deliver personalised coaching, advocacy and employer engagement, coordinating support and signposting where needed to ensure successful employment

Responsibilities

• Deliver Individualised In-Work Support.
• Provide tailored one-to-one guidance to individuals to overcome workplace challenges and sustain roles.
• Develop personalised action plans focused on job retention, wellbeing and career progression.
• Regularly review progress and adapt support to changing needs.
• Build strong relationships with employers in Mansfield and surrounding areas.
• Promote inclusive employment practices and workplace adjustments.
• Signpost and refer to specialist services when additional support is required.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Work towards agreed performance targets and quality standards.
