Overview

Job Title: IPAF Labourer – Construction Site | Location: Bournemouth BH9 | Rate: £17.00 per hour (CIS) | Start Date: Monday

Responsibilities

• Assisting trades and site teams with general labouring duties
• Operating IPAF-certified access equipment (scissor lifts/boom lifts) safely
• Moving and handling materials across site
• Helping with site set‑up, clearance, and maintenance
• Supporting working at height tasks as directed by supervisors
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Adhering to site health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Valid IPAF card (3a/3b) – essential
• Valid CSCS card – preferred
• Previous experience as a labourer on construction sites
• Own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves)
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
