Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE and experience in intellectual property law.
• Experience handling a varied IP caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advising on trademark and design registrations.
• Preparing applications and licensing agreements.
• Providing advice on copyright matters, licensing and assignments.
• Handling both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
• Advising on related areas such as data protection, e-commerce and information technology.
