Legal Southwest Ltd in Exeter is seeking an experienced Commercial & Data Protection Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team. Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE.
• Strong background in commercial law, data protection and IT contracts.
• Capable of managing own caseload and advising clients independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Providing specialist advice on data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and IT contracts.
• Advising on intellectual property and technology-related matters where appropriate.
• Supporting senior colleagues with complex transactions and projects.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development activities and the continued growth of the department.
