Job summary

Dawn Ellmore Employment Limited is assisting a superb Leicester based Law Firm to recruit an IP Solicitor to join their Commercial, Technology, & IP team. The role is suitable for a Qualified Solicitor with around 3+ years PQE.

You will advise on a broad range of technology agreements, IP matters and commercial contracts, support senior colleagues on larger transactions, and manage competing priorities with strong communication and time‑management skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with around 3+ years PQE in IP/tech/ commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, technology agreements and IP matters.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; able to handle complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technology agreements, IP matters and commercial contracts.

This opportunity would also see you support senior colleagues on larger and more complex projects and transactions, so excellent communication skills and time-management are key.
