Sanderson King is recruiting an Intellectual Property Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate) to join a growing national practice based in Manchester. You will handle a broad IP workload for diverse clients, with increasing autonomy and clear progression toward senior leadership.

You'll advise on trade marks, brand protection, licensing and IP disputes, collaborating with Corporate and Commercial teams. The firm champions flexible hybrid working and meaningful career development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with Intellectual Property experience.
• Technically strong across contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
• Comfortable managing matters with appropriate autonomy.
• Interested in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
• Motivated by joining a growing practice where your ideas and contribution will genuinely make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse portfolio of IP matters including trade marks, branding, licensing, enforcement.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Commercial and Employment teams on cross-practice projects.
• Help shape and grow the firm's IP offering and services.
• Deliver strategic IP advice and dispute resolution where required.
