Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–8 years’ PQE in Intellectual Property law.
• Strong knowledge and experience across IP matters.

• A proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of IP matters.
• Manage a varied caseload of IP work, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Support clients with the protection, enforcement and commercialisation of their IP rights.
• Draft and review legal documentation and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, commercially focused advice.
• Work closely with colleagues and other professional advisers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to strengthen its Intellectual Property team with the appointment of an experienced IP Solicitor.
