You will work directly with Partners to shape and deliver strategic growth, challenging ideas and providing commercial insight that drives the practice forward.

Responsibilities

• Advise Partners on market trends and client development initiatives.
• Shape and deliver the litigation group's strategic growth plans.
• Identify opportunities and provide commercial insight to drive the practice forward.
• Collaborate with pitches, events, CRM, communications and marketing teams.
• Mentor junior resources and maintain a high-performing BD function.
