Bending Spoons is seeking a talented IP lawyer to shape strategy, protect our innovations, and advise across product, commercial, and regulatory matters. You will lead cross-border IP portfolio work and help us scale a fast-growing, high-performance business.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-enabled initiatives, international exposure, and a pathway to broad impact across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles.
• Ambition, initiative and resilience in demanding environments.
• Strong teamwork and transparent collaboration with colleagues.
• Fluent English communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Post-law-degree experience with law firms or in-house positions.

Responsabilités

• Shape our intellectual property strategy and build scalable processes.
• Manage our portfolio of inventions, trade secrets and IP rights across jurisdictions.
• Run IP disputes and enforcement, coordinating with outside counsel.
• Draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements with sound risk judgment.
• Be a generalist, advising on product decisions, transactions and acquisitions.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulation and identify opportunities for value creation.
