Bending Spoons seeks a talented lawyer to draft and negotiate cross-border contracts and advise on a broad range of legal topics as the company scales globally.

You will partner with product and commercial teams, leveraging AI to improve speed and accuracy while maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management. This role offers exposure to multiple European jurisdictions and significant impact on growth.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles and structure ideas sharply.
• Drive and initiative with a high standard of accountability.
• Team spirit and willingness to support the best idea.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Some practical legal experience after obtaining a law degree.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS and other tech agreements.
• Support product launches by drafting external communications, terms, and policies; leverage AI for first drafts.
• Advise across the business on technology, product, marketing, regulatory, IP and AI governance matters.
• Manage disputes and litigation with external advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide labour matters globally in alignment with company values and culture.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows to support rapid growth.
• Stay ahead of regulation and identify opportunities for risk mitigation and value.
