The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Intellectual Property Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join their industry-leading and growing team. Working with the firm's national client base, you will be working alongside exceptional lawyers, where you will drive further success for both your career and the firm.

You will be working directly with two partners and a team of talented associates across both the London and Manchester offices. Managing and advising on IP disputes and litigation relating to:

• Trade mark and passing off.
• Copyright.
• Design rights.
• Patents.

With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects to develop professional networks and take an active role in your own business development and profile-raising activities. This will provide you with a genuine platform for you to build visibility both within the firm and across the wider IP community.

• Experienced Intellectual property disputes solicitor with 5+ PQE (England & Wales)

• Enthusiasm for business development and marketing, with an engaging, personable and collaborative approach.
