Job summary

Planet Pharma in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior System Engineer to help evolve its Technology Solutions division as it moves toward a modern Product Operating Model. You will shape hardware and software requirements across multiple engineering domains and collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering valuable IoT solutions.

You will contribute across discovery and delivery phases, working with product managers, technology leads, designers, embedded engineers, hardware teams and cloud

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (or higher).
• Strong experience in system engineering for multidisciplinary systems.
• Background in communication products, embedded systems, HW, RF.
• Strong ability to understand complex IoT architectures and absorb new concepts.
• Experience in large, multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Organised, process-driven approach with excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Define system and hardware requirements across multiple engineering domains.
• Shape embedded, ATE and software requirements and contribute to design stages.
• Develop protocols and lead technical problem solving.
• Build proofs-of-concept and conduct field testing.
• Support test design, investigations and multidisciplinary integration.
• Operate within a multi-site, matrixed Product & Platform team delivering complex IoT solutions.
