Job summary

VisionTrack in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to bench test hardware and telematics devices, in the lab and on the road, helping to advance our IoT and connected vehicle technology.

You will work closely with development and QA teams, perform bench testing with DMMs, oscilloscopes and other tools, conduct real-world vehicle testing, document results clearly, and replicate issues for rapid resolution.

A full UK driving licence and own car are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing of telematics hardware using measurement tools.
• Experience testing hardware and embedded systems.
• Ability to document and report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Bench test telematics hardware in the lab with DMMs, oscilloscopes and other tools.
• Conduct real-world device testing in vehicles.
• Document and report test results clearly and accurately.
• Replicate and communicate issues to the development team for product improvements.
