Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering background with IoT devices and systems deployment.
• Experience configuring meters, sensors, and gateways for live projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting deployment of IoT systems across utilities and smart buildings
• Configuring and commissioning meters, sensors, and data collection gateways
• Working on-site and remotely to ensure systems are installed and operating correctly
• Troubleshooting issues across hardware, connectivity, and data flows
• Providing ongoing technical support to customers, helping diagnose and resolve issues
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients during and after deployment
• Supporting LoRaWAN and other communication technologies
• Integrating devices into the cThings platform and validating performance
• Working closely with clients, installers, and internal teams
• Supporting the rollout of new products and technologies
• Analysing system performance data to improve reliability and outcomes
