AWD online is seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Receivable Assistant for our Milnrow office. This varied finance role covers invoicing, reporting and credit control, with scope to support management accounts and internal system improvements.

Working in a fast-paced, fully office-based environment, you will process invoices, prepare monthly sales reports, maintain credit control records and assist with more advanced accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Daily working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales ledger office.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive attitude to improvements.

Responsabilités

• Invoice processing and raising accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Complete accurate monthly sales reports.
• Update credit control records and identify invoicing discrepancies.
• Assist with management accounts activity as required.
• Maintain filing and complete ad hoc finance and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to internal system improvements.
