AWD Online is seeking a Finance Assistant / Credit Control Accounts Administrator to support credit control, customer accounts and payment processing in a varied permanent role. You will help keep customer accounts accurate, payments moving and queries resolved while contributing to a positive customer experience.

The Finance Assistant / Credit Control Accounts Administrator will also assist with reporting, forecasting, invoicing and process improvements across the department, and support

Aufgaben

• Customer Payment Liaison: contact external customers to support timely receipt of payments.
• Incoming Funds Processing: process payments received accurately.
• Account Query Resolution: investigate and resolve customer account queries.
• Customer Refunds: process refunds in line with procedures.
• Cash Collection Forecasting: forecast expected collections for the month ahead.
• System Reporting: run system reports and follow up actions.
• Spreadsheet Updates: maintain spreadsheets and support improvements.
• Billing and Credit Notes: raise invoices and credit notes.
• Team Training: provide support and training as required.
• SOP Updates: update standard operating procedures as processes change.
• Projects: assist with continuous improvement across finance.
