Mansioni

• Handle inbound requests from internal teams (Sales, Account Managers, Broker Support) in line with policies and SLAs.
• Conduct customer due diligence including risk assessment and verification of identity/address documents.
• Prepare and issue finance and security documentation per approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Perform pre-payout checks and ensure lending system records are accurate before funds release.
• Maintain accurate system updates and communicate application status as needed.
• Provide clear and prompt assistance to internal teams, customers, brokers and suppliers via phone and email; escalate complex issues as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving for brokers and customers.
• Process payments to suppliers and intermediaries in a timely and compliant manner.
• Manage post-execution tasks: portal updates, security registration, welcome documentation, deposits or initial payments allocation.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the internal system.
• Provide overflow support to the Customer Services team when needed.
