I am currently recruiting for a very exciting Investor Relations Assistant position to work for a boutique asset management firm based in stunning offices located in the City of London. They are lookingfor a bright, proactive and driven candidate to join their team of impressive individuals.

• To provide support to the Business Development Director and wider Investor Relations Team
• To work closely with the Business Development Manager to build and manage relationships with investors
• To support with meetings, attending and tracking action notes
• To manage CRM
• Create proposals and reports for client meetings
• Ad hoc projects
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team within financial services
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Experience managing CRM is beneficial
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
