Job summary

Legal & General is seeking an Investments Initiatives Analyst to join the Investments Process & Change team. You will support strategic investment initiatives, analyse processes and data, and translate business requirements into practical solutions to improve efficiency and operating models across Investments.

The role involves collaborating with investment teams, technology, operations and finance, facilitating governance forums, and delivering updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience within investment management, asset management or financial services.
• Experience supporting business change, transformation, process improvement or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple teams and building strong relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of investment operating models, front office processes or business analysis methodologies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, prioritisation and delivery of strategic investment initiatives.
• Analyse business processes, operating models and data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with investment teams, technology, operations, finance and data stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups and governance forums.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks and issues across initiatives.
• Produce reporting, presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and operational effectiveness across Investments.
