Job summary

Legal & General is seeking an Investments Initiatives Analyst to join the Investments Process & Change team. You will help evaluate, prioritise and deliver strategic investment initiatives, partnering with technology, operations, finance and data stakeholders.

The role focuses on analysing processes, gathering requirements and translating them into practical solutions to improve efficiency, scalability and operating models across Investments.

Qualifications

• Experience within investment management, asset management or financial services.
• Experience supporting business change, transformation, process improvement or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple teams and building strong relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of investment operating models would be advantageous.
