Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Group Functions Change team in the UK. You’ll be supported by experienced Business Analysts and gain hands-on exposure to change and transformation projects across the business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, working with people and turning business needs into clear requirements. We welcome flexible working options, including part-time and job-sharing where possible.

Qualifications

• Interest in business analysis, change or project delivery.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• Ability to listen, ask good questions and turn information into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering across change and transformation projects.
• Work with Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to understand business needs.
• Help document processes, requirements, risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Contribute to analysis planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
• Support workshops, stakeholder discussions and solution conversations.
• Help assess solutions against business requirements, costs, benefits and risks.
• Communicate updates clearly with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support customer‑focused digital journeys that are accessible and easy to use.
