Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or investment management.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience as Product Manager/Owner or Business Analyst in product delivery.
• Track record gathering requirements and delivering working software.
• Knowledge of front-office capabilities such as portfolio management, trading, research or analytics.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Technical background partnering with architects, developers and delivery teams.
• Analytical skills including SQL, APIs, data platforms or AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into a roadmap that aligns with the Investments platform vision.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and target end state.
• Prioritise backlog and communicate value and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, research, operations and technology teams.
• Guide cross-functional teams through design discussions and delivery decisions.
• Define minimum viable products and ensure releases deliver business value.
• Promote reusable platform capabilities to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled capabilities.
