Job summary

Man Group in London seeks a content specialist to develop Man Group level marketing content and RFP/DDQ materials within the Global Investment Specialist team.

You will collaborate with senior sales, portfolio managers and compliance to ensure accurate, timely messaging and high-quality client materials across Discretionary, Systematic and Solutions capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in a relevant discipline required.
• Financial qualification preferred, or working towards qualification
• Approx. 1-3 years' Client Service or content creation experience within the industry
• A good understanding of the asset management industry
• Ability to work with and manage a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior Portfolio Management and Sales individuals
• Attention to detail paramount to ensure the highest quality content is distributed to clients at all times
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in understanding institutional / retail client expectations and requirements
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise work effectively
• Ability to work independently within a team to meet demanding deadlines.
• Works comfortably in an entrepreneurial environment and seeks to continuously enhance own relevant skills
• Solid working knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with RFP content management systems

Responsibilities

• Assume a critical role within Man's Global Investment Specialist team, with a distinct focus on Man Group level content
• Develop and maintain Man Group level marketing materials, alongside high-level overview/introductory content on Man's Discretionary, Systematic and Solutions capabilities
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to create Man level RFP/DDQ and marketing content of the highest quality
• Write answers and maintain the integrity of Man level answers within Man's proprietary central RFP database
• Ensure that the latest research, analysis and messaging is incorporated into all content
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior sales/portfolio managers/Compliance/Legal and middle office stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and initiate projects from a Man Group perspective where Investment Specialists can add value for the wider business
