Job summary

CCLA Investment Management Limited, part of the Jupiter Group, seeks a Reporting Analyst to production quarterly fund and client reports and to oversee external performance agents HSBC and SEI. You will ensure data quality, coordinate internal inputs, and keep reports compliant and timely.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with external and in-house reporting systems, and strong collaboration across teams. Hybrid work in London is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with in-house and outsourced report production models.
• Familiarity with Vermilion, Kurtosys or Morningstar Direct is beneficial.
• Strong numerical and language quality control and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sense-check and review quarterly fund reporting and factsheets.
• Ensure timely data requests and consistency across client reports.
• Maintain accuracy of pooled and segregated client account reports.
• Update reporting for compliance and external requests (RFPs, marketing docs).
• Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines and resolve report issues.
