JSS, a growing investment and asset management business in Greater London, is seeking a Management Accountant & Investment Reporting Analyst to join its finance team. The role combines management accounting, fund accounting, and investment reporting, with exposure to portfolio analysis and business operations.

Qualificações

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience within investment management or asset management sectors.
• Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
• Proven ability to develop meaningful management reporting and dashboards.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities.
• Produce cash flow forecasts, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Deliver reporting packs and financial analysis for senior management.
• Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare audit schedules and support the year-end audit process.
• Assist with investor reporting, investment performance reporting and portfolio analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Support ad hoc commercial, operational and strategic projects as required.
