Job summary

Cambridge Associates in the United Kingdom seeks an Investment Operations Associate to manage trade execution and lifecycle, cash wires, and reconciliation across hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, and more. You will collaborate with custodians, banks, and internal teams to ensure precise processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in investment operations, financial services, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution and lifecycle management across asset classes including ETFs, long-only, hedge funds and private investments.
• Wire execution and cash movements including capital calls, subscriptions, redemptions, and FX transactions.
• Daily cash reconciliation and investigation of breaks with custodians and fund administrators.
• Support AML/KYC requirements for subscription and redemption activity with Client Information Management Team.
• Develop understanding of investment products and operational complexities across asset classes.
• Utilize internal systems to improve efficiency and ensure accurate processing.
