Job summary

Cambridge Associates is seeking a Treasury Operations Associate to manage trade execution, cash management, and lifecycle tasks across CA-managed portfolios including hedge funds, private equity, and mutual funds. You will coordinate with custodians, banks, and managers to ensure timely processing and accurate records.

The role requires attention to detail and strong collaboration with internal teams, focusing on AML/KYC, risk controls, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Experience in investment operations or financial services.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ETF and mutual fund trading and settlement.
• Experience with wire processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution and lifecycle management across ETFs, hedge funds, and private investments.
• Process cash wires for capital calls, subscriptions, and FX.
• Reconcile daily cash accounts and resolve breaks with custodians.
• Support AML/KYC requirements for subscriptions and redemptions.
• Develop systems knowledge to improve trading and treasury processes.
