LGT Wealth Management Jersey Ltd. is seeking a front office onboarding coordinator to support client onboarding, IPS preparation and liaison with intermediaries across our UK and Jersey operations.

The role involves processing opening packs, coordinating with Investment Managers, and ensuring timely transfers and documentation. You will work with the Head of Front Office and support teams, applying AML and regulatory knowledge and using Figaro and Agiloft to maintain accurate client data and

Qualifications

• Experience in a Front Office environment, ideally within Investment Management.
• General knowledge of Investments & Securities.
• Understanding of Anti Money Laundering and Client due diligence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Collate new account documentation and ensure completeness with onboarding and Investment Manager.
• Assist Investment Manager in preparing IPS with client objectives, risk profile and financial situation.
• Distribute account opening packs to clients and intermediaries, including fiduciaries and advisers.
• Notify new clients and intermediaries about account openings, IPS, payments and transfers.
• Monitor progress of account opening and cash/asset transfers; keep parties informed.
• Support line manager with ad hoc admin tasks and cover for roles when needed.
