Job summary

Man Group, a global investment management firm headquartered in London, seeks an experienced Business Onboarding Analyst to support onboarding new funds, managed accounts, and products. You will be the crucial link between internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth technical and operational setup.

You will coordinate with PMs, trading desks, and legal teams to meet trading requirements, engage with external counterparties, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations within an investment management firm, investment bank, or hedge fund.
• Experience onboarding new clients and working with external providers.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and responsive to a constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and ensure completion of technical and operational set up for new funds and managed accounts.
• Work with PMs, trading desks, legal and clients to understand trading requirements.
• Engage with external trading counterparties to agree workflows, documentation and account requirements.
• Complete counterparty questionnaires and distribute launch updates as required.
• Ensure Fund Data Integrity of security and Fund Reference Data within internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to answer onboarding queries as they arise.
• Assist the business in launching new products and services.
• Ensure due process is conducted on requests and is compliant with controls and audit requirements.
