Quilter plc in London/Southampton is seeking a senior Head of Operational Risk – Investments and Support Functions to lead a team of risk specialists across Quilter Investments, Technology, Data & Information Security, Strategy and HR.

You will provide expert risk advice, identify and monitor key operational risks, and challenge senior leaders to embed effective risk management while supporting strategic growth in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level risk management experience in wealth/asset management.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills with clear insights.
• Experience presenting to Boards and senior committees.
• Ability to respond to changing priorities and material risks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee risk oversight, framework and appetite across Investments, Data & Technology, Strategy and HR.
• Monitor risk incidents, provide clear risk reporting to senior management.
• Act as trusted risk adviser to executives and challenge on business strategy.
• Promote risk culture, training and capability across the organisation.
• Lead and develop the CRO function and interact with Boards and Committees.
