Aon plc is seeking an Investment Consultant to join its Investment Advisory team in the UK. Hybrid role based in Leeds City Centre with flexibility for other locations. You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver tailored investment advice, and collaborate with specialist teams to enhance client outcomes.

You will lead client relationships, mentor juniors, and contribute to business growth while promoting an inclusive culture across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience advising UK occupational pension schemes and other institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies and asset-liability management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
