Job summary

Investment Consultant role at Aon in Leeds offers hybrid working from the city centre with possible other UK locations. You will lead smaller client relationships and deliver advice to defined benefit pension schemes, endowments, charities and other institutional clients, supported by risk & modelling, investment manager research and economics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with a major consulting firm, fund management or banking firm advising UK occupational pension schemes.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets and UK pension schemes.
• Ability to distill complex information for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller client relationships and support medium to large clients.
• Prepare and deliver advice to clients and lead meetings.
• Drive client service efficiency and collaborate with specialist teams across Aon.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
• Develop junior colleagues into future consultants.
• Promote an inclusive culture across Aon.
