Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a strategic thinker to lead major investment business cases, translating complex information into persuasive narratives for senior leaders and regulators. Hybrid role based in Peterborough, with 2-3 days in the office.

You will drive business cases from concept to approval, embed measurable benefits, and collaborate across governance, regulators and delivery teams to secure funding for multi-million-pound infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience developing business cases for large-scale infrastructure or capital programmes.
• Excellent written communication for senior leaders and regulators.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse teams and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of major investment business cases from concept to approval and delivery.
• Translate complex technical and financial data into clear investment proposals for executives and regulators.
• Collaborate with programme teams, sponsors and consultants to shape investment strategies and secure funding.
