Anglian Water is seeking a Strategic Value Lead in Peterborough with hybrid working to shape investment decision frameworks, ensuring value across AMP8.

You will lead development of ROV, Six Capitals, Benefits Realisation and Totex processes, working with senior leaders to drive value-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience facilitating workshops and group decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading change, continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project or programme management experience.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of ROV methodology and value frameworks.
• Embed value-based decision making across the organisation.
• Drive process improvement and systems development.
• Provide assurance on investment frameworks and governance.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder training and communications.
• Manage and develop a community of ~80 volunteer ROV facilitators.
• Act as SME and trusted advisor on strategic investment processes.
• Support development of the Totex investment process and benefits realisation.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in investment planning.
