Job summary

Metis Search are working with a leading global investment bank to appoint a Senior Analyst or Associate to its Natural Resources & Materials team in London. The role offers meaningful responsibility across the transaction lifecycle and exposure to leading corporates and sponsors.

You will support execution of M&A transactions, build financial models and valuations, and prepare client presentations while working closely with senior bankers and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-6 years’ investment banking experience, ideally in Natural Resources, Materials, Industrials, Energy or related M&A.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
• Proactive approach and ability to work in a high-performing team.
