Job summary

Metis Search is seeking an Associate for its Technology M&A team in London. You will support the execution of M&A transactions across various Technology verticals, building financial models, valuations and analyses, and preparing client presentations.

You will work closely with senior bankers, clients, and advisers, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' M&A experience, ideally within Technology.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience supporting live transactions across the deal lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
• Proactive, ambitious and comfortable taking ownership within a lean team.
