Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A or a relevant advisory environment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution skills.
• Relevant sector experience across Energy Transition or Infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in M&A.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction analyses
• Conduct company, sector and market analysis
• Prepare client presentations, valuation materials and transaction documentation
• Manage transaction workstreams alongside senior bankers, clients and advisers
• Support business development through market analysis and pitch materials
