We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an elite boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket, second-tier bank, or similar elite boutique. Candidates from top mid-market platforms or Big 4 firms with demonstrable lead advisory experience will also be considered. Overseas candidates with a proven M&A background and fluent language skills are welcome.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates eager to operate in TMT will also be considered. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.

The role includes:
