We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket, 2nd tier bank, or similar elite boutique. Candidates from top mid-market platforms or a Big 4 firm with demonstrable lead advisory experience will also be considered. Candidates from overseas platforms with proven M&A background and fluent language skills are welcome.

This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join a renowned team working on high-profile transactions in the TMT space. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates interested in operating within TMT in the future will also be considered. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.
