We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client seeking to hire an Associate for their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with a strong market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and proven M&A background, fluent in the language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned firm, with a focus on the TMT sector. Sector expertise is preferred, but a strong desire to operate in TMT is also acceptable. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.
