We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate for their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with a strong market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and proven M&A background, fluent in the relevant language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within the TMT sector, which is highly preferable but not mandatory. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
