We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates from overseas platforms with proven M&A experience and fluent language skills will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within the TMT space, with a supportive and reputable team. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but a strong desire to operate in this sector is also acceptable. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.

The role includes:
