Pearse Partners is working with an Elite Boutique, looking to expand their Healthcare team with multiple Associate hires at all levels. The team has strong deal flow and aims to grow support for deal teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of M&A deal experience from another IB.

Key responsibilities:

1. Execution of transactions (M&A) across various sectors.
2. Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IMs, preparing pitch presentations, modeling, and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process.
3. Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Ideal background:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Investment Banking environment.
2. Full deal lifecycle M&A experience.
3. Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
